Initial Site Survey
A successful startup is essential to a smooth transition. As a part of our service, we will perform an initial site survey of your facilities.
Our survey includes:
- A thorough review of your facility to determine your specific safety and security needs.
- Corrective recommendations.
- A set of security instructions, or "Post Orders," which our officers will adhere to as part of their duties.

Post Orders
Securitech develops and maintains well-indexed, site-specific written instructions, or Post Orders. These Post Orders are offered in manual or computerized formats designed for quick reference in case of emergency. The post orders correspond to written tests for continued officer training. Our standardized format enables us to easily update the instructions and incorporate special directions.

That's why Securitech uses an extensive screening process when hiring and continues with intensive candidate evaluation for specific jobs. Instead of "screening-out" undesirable candidates for jobs, Securitech concentrates on "screening-in" the best candidate; matching the skills of the officer to the skill requirements needed for the job.

Securitech boasts an average of 12 hours of managerial time spent evaluating each candidate before any job offer is made. Our strict screening process includes:

• Employment background checks for the past 7 years.
• Personal reference checks.
• National agency checks.
• State registration and fingerprinting.
• Drug screening (where permitted by law).
• A series of pre-qualification interviews, which may include client involvement.
• Orientation testing and evaluation sessions.
